Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. A physical address is required for shipping.

Currency

All prices on the site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in AUD. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add processing or administration fees.

Processing Time

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after the payment is processed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Duties & Customs for International Orders

Import duty or customs entry fees may be applied at the parcel destination point depending on the importing legislation of the destination country. These charges are to be paid by the customer. We do not accept any liability should penalties or fees be applied.

Please contact your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable import taxes and customs fees before placing your order. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges.
