WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please visit our Returns Policy page.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@boldfashion.com.au Please attached the photos, order number and a short description of the defect products which will accelerate the process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Sale items can only be refunded if the product is faulty. There is a strict 'no returns, exchange, store credit or refund' policy on Final Sale items (unless deemed faulty).
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE OF MIND RETURN POLICY?
We do not offer change of mind returns. We can only offer you a return if the product is faulty, or if you receive a wrong item from us.
AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM/S?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, as your requested item may be sold out before your return is received.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for hair accessories, headwear and jewelry.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO WE ACCEPT?
We accepts credit card (including VISA, MasterCard and AMEX) and PayPal.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO?
We ship Australia-wide. We also ship internationally. Currently, we ship to New Zealand, Singapore and UK.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
No, we do not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, private mail bags (PMBs), locked bags. We require a physical address for shipping.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once your order has been placed, we try to get it to you as soon as possible, therefore we will be unable to make any changes to your order or the delivery address.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may be possible for the delivery service provider to change your delivery address or redirect your order. Please contact the delivery provider directly.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR STORE?
